Terms and Conditions

  Interlink Management Services Pty Limited reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment numbers or conditions beyond its control. Notification of any cancellation will be made as early as practical and includes a full credit transfer.
Cancellations A full credit transfer is available for cancellations received in writing at least 5 business days prior to course commencement. The course fee is non-refundable within 5 business days before the course commences.
Transfers Transfers may be made without charge up to 5 business days prior to course commencement. Transfers within 5 business days of course commencement may be subject to a 15% administration fee. Alternate candidates are acceptable at no additional charge.
Payment Details To secure your place, cheque payments should be received within 5 business days of registration. Payment in full by cash, cheque, direct debit, credit card or EFTPOS must be received no later than 5 business days before course commencement to secure your place. Late registration will be considered subject to availability. Cheques should be made payable to: Interlink Management Services Pty Limited.

Please ensure that your cheque is accompanied with relevant course details. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation of booking Written confirmation of your booking will be sent on receipt of application. This will include venue details. However this confirmation is subject to receipt of your payment in full at least 5 business days prior to the commencement of the course.

Interlink Management Services Pty Limited reserves the right to withdraw any participant from a course if payment has not been received in accordance with our payment terms. Course fee includes course training materials (refreshments and lunch for full day courses).

When processing your order or application we collect personal information about you for the primary purpose of providing you with a high level of customer service. We may also use this information to inform you of other related products and services available from Interlink Management Services and Safe1 Safety Products.
